Getting started with Ferdly

To get started, create an account from the landing page and sign in on your preferred device. Once you're in, you can join chats, explore the social feed, try the Ferdly Mall, and talk to Ferdi, your AI assistant.

Managing your privacy

You are always in control of your data. Use the in-app settings to adjust privacy options such as who can see your profile, who can contact you, and how your activity appears in the social feed. For full details, see the Privacy Policy linked in the footer.

Troubleshooting

If something isn't working as expected, first try signing out and back in, making sure you're on the latest version of the app, and checking your network connection. If the issue persists, contact support with a short description and screenshots if possible.
